Your order is usually fulfilled within 2-3 business days, then shipped using our trusted carriers. You should expect to see your furniture at the doorstep in 7-10 days.
Most orders do not require a signature upon delivery, but depending on the size of your order a signature may be required. If a signature is necessary you will be contacted by our trusted carriers to schedule a delivery time.
If you're not satisfied in your purchase within 30 days, please send us an email at support@carolinafurnitureworks.com. We’ll walk you through the return process and provide you with return labels.
Please note that there is a 5% fee for returns without the original packaging materials.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged by the customer with scratches, stains, drilling or any other modifications. You can refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
